Remember those early days with Tivoli Storage Manager and the questions you had about the product? You likely asked your co-workers or perhaps posted the question on a Support site. Well, we need those questions!

IBM is working on an exciting innovation for our Support Portal and we need your help.

We are looking for 3-5 examples of typical questions you may have asked about Tivoli Storage Manager when you were first learning to use the product. The questions should be phrased as you would speak to your colleague. For example, "How do I create a first full backup?" We are looking for questions that a new or intermediate TSM user would ask.
