The primary role of the Technical Sales Engineer (TSE) is to provide technical support to customers requiring assistance on product related technical issues. This position will be responsible for assisting sales representatives with presentations and demos, managing product installs as part of the evaluation process and after purchase; and answering technical questions. The TSE will handle basic to complex product issues and wherever possible, identify additional product or training needs the customer may have. The TSE will also address a full range of customer needs, including technical assistance, best use of the product, additional products and services, as well as acting as the voice of the customer for our organization. There is 50% travel required for this role.
