ISC problem cannot access http 404 error

We are using Tivoli Storage manager Version 5.3 and IBM Integrated Solutions Console V6.0.1.the server get restart because of low space in C:\ drive and after that the IBM Integrated Solutions Console is not opening in internet explorer. It showing the error, HTTP 404 - file not found.
The command console is working.
please help us.

Hi,
if possible try to restart Windows box. if you can't restart windows box, restart ISC and wait for a while and try getting ISC console. if you have same problem again that means ISC couldn't start/stop properly. Check for ISC logs, if you see "exiting with errors .........Another Instance is running" then in this case you must restart windows box.
