There are only 3 guides available in PDF for the server at 5.5, which includes the Administration Center, the ISC is just the platform the Administration Center runs on.

The Administration Center has the documentation built-in. Expand the Tivoli Storage Manager folder in the Work Items list and click Getting Started to display the Tivoli Storage Manager welcome page. This page provides instructions for using the Administration Center.
