i cannot find a solution for this . After a tsm client patch was installed this issue is occuring .

Similar to http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21983747 where you had to specify NRTABLEPATH to stop getting "ANS0361I DIAG: dbOpen(): error opening/creating lock file 'C:\Program Files\Tivoli\TSM\baclient\tsmnrtable.DB.Lock'" in your original post. You may now need to specify INSTRLOGNAME to specify a different path for the client instrumentation if you are using more than one option file and have more than one of instance of the client running at the same time.
