Installed TSM Server 7.1.3 on windows 2012 and cannot log in

Just completed a new install of TSM Server 7.1.3. I am trying to log in for the first time to configure. I get the following error message "The Tivoli Storage Manager server is not available. Verify that the server is running and try to log in again." Please see screen shot below. How do I verify that the server is running? I am very new to this.. any help will be appreciated

On your Windows server, look for the service 'TSM Server1' if it's running or not.
If not, try to start it, wait few mins for it to start and try to log in.

I don't see the TSM Server1 in services. However I see it in the list of installed packages

if you already completed these steps, try starting the server in the FOREGROUND as explained here: http://www.ibm.com/support/knowledg....doc/t_srv_mng_start_win_foregrd.html?lang=en
and then attempt to log in to the server.

BaR - Thank you. I started the configuration wizard and I am stuck at this screen. I don't see a list of directories or not sure which file below screenshot is referring to

You need to specify where your server database is going to be stored.
Select the second option and provide the full path of where your DB will be stored.
