I have attempted installation on an NT 4 svcpk 6a server the 2.5 and 4.1.2 NT clients. The installation process starts but never writes directory or registry changes then fails. It does not register any event log notifications or error messages. The server also meets all recomendations for the installation of either version of the backup software . Any recomendations for troubleshooting the failed install process would be appreciated.
