inetd: 0826-503 The accept system call failed.

Hi,
On one of the TSM server which is running with AIX , got the below alert.

inetd: 0826-503 The accept system call failed.

I have no idea on this, have checked in google also but no luck. How to resolve it? Can some one help me on this please.

Was an Oracle backup running? I have seen this error with Oracle backups but usually in the clients log file not on the TSM server.
