IBM Public FTP now needs password to access?

I used to access ftp://public.dhe.ibm.com/storage/tivoli-storage-management with anonymous login for the TSM patches, just found that now it requires password to login...

From an FTP client there is a message like this:
Response: 331 Anonymous login ok, send your complete email address as your password

But the login still fails with whatever I entered as password. Tried using different browsers or FTP clients with same result.
Response: 530 Login incorrect.

Couldn't find any word from IBM that now the FTP has password, the client download page still points to this FTP (e.g. http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg24042350).

Any ideas?

You can go to the Support Page, login with your IBM ID and click on Latest downloads by version. Find the component you are looking to download and when you go to download it, it will get it from the FTP site since you are already authenticated.

It's actually been a while since the public FTP site has been advertised, all downloads are redirected from the Support Page.
