I have install TSM 5.2.4.0 server on W2k3 operating system and I have tried to start communication method HTTPS between server and web admin client but without any result.
I have configured this method as follow:
1) I used mkkfe utility to generate the keyring file certkey.kyr. I created the key and received certificate for this key from CA.
2) I put keyring file into TSM server home directory and
definied the keyring with define keyring command
3) I have put commmethod HTTPS and HTTPSPort 1543 parameters in dsmserv.opt file
and restart server but TSM server did not listen on HTTPS port
and communication method did not appear in q option command
Does anybody know if the HTTPS is supported on TSM 5.2 server or only TSM secure web administration proxy can be used?
If directly HTTPS method is supported between TSM server and Web client please help me configure it.
