HSM Daemons- Running After HP-UX TSM 5.5.1 Client Update

I just upgraded my TSM client on HP-UX from 5.3.5 to 5.5.1 and the following daemons started running:

root 23006 1 0 12:21:42 ? 0:00 /usr/bin/dsmscoutd
root 22996 1 0 12:21:41 ? 0:00 /usr/bin/dsmrecalld
root 23008 1 0 12:21:42 ? 0:00 /usr/bin/dsmrootd

Why are they running and what started them? They appear to be part of IBM Tivoli Storage Manager for Space Management. We just run regular TSM backups nightly. I have my schedule and dsmcad down currently.

Looks like it downloads as part of the TSM client depot and starts when installed. I have uninstalled it from my servers and removed the filesets from the HP depot.
