HSM 5.4 -- Slow for migration to tape

Hi all,

OS: Win2003 Enterprise Edition
TSM Server: 5.4.0.1
TSM BA Client: 5.4.0.2
HSM Client: 5.4.0

I have tested migration to tape (LTO2), the average speed is only 300KB/Sec. Tape drive is working fine as i have tested direct backup to tape and the speed is 10MB/Sec. The average speed for migration to disk is 4MB/Sec.

I am not sure whether there is any setting for HSM in order to speed up.
