how-to Silent installs and configuration?

I would like to do silent install and silent configuration for my new TSM4VE on Windows servers. 8.1.6.

Could someone share how if they have done it?
1. silent install of tsm4ve /silent. per Gui, it asked Data Mover only or Recommended(all). How do I predefine that with spinstall.exe /silent
2. The configuration goes through whole bunch of steps and input, also how would I predefine it if silent configuration is available? Command line maybe?

Yes I have install pdf already. Unless I have the wrong copy, but 8.1.6 does not have much options as 8.1.4 pdf.

So I was able to install TDP for VMWare using this command line.
spinstall /silent ISFeatureInstall=Client,Java,DPAPI,WebServer,Framework,VMware,RecoveryAgent SUITE_MODE=1 REBOOT=ReallySuppress DIRECT_START=1 GUI_MODE=vcenter VCENTER_HOSTNAME=xxxxxx.principal.com VCENTER_USERNAME=XXXX VCENTER_PASSWORD=XXXX

I'm missing "DP for VMware Configuration Wizard" which takes you to "https://localhost:9081/TsmVMwareUI"

What options am I missing?

found out the option(icon) will show up once you select box configuration
