How to Include c:\Users folder on Windows clients

My Windows clients store there documents in the c:\Users subfolders. It looks like the "c:\Users\" directory is excluded by default. I tried including the directory in the dsm.opt file but this didn't work. How do I get Tivoli to backup this folder and its subfolders?

By default, C:\Users is not excluded by Windows. Check what the include/excludes in effect:
dsmc query inclexcl

Or you can even filter the output:
dsmc query inclexcl | findstr /i users
