How do I restrict access to Starage Privilage for Operator?

Hi



The operator on my site has been given permission for Storage & Operator.

The reason this id was given the Storage privilage is that the operators are required

to check in and check out the carttidges from the library. But this also posses a risk since with the storage rights they can also accidentally erase the contents etc.



Question is how can I give the operator permission to check in and check out only ?

You can only give user(s) level of authority.

I have not notice any command or parameters that will allow you to restrict a user to issue specific TSM commands like "checkin" and "checkout."



It's a feature that I would love to see, but it does not appear to be in TSM 5.1 .



If anyone else have any suggestion(s) or work around I would like to know.

I fear the day when I get a phone call, "I issue this command and now I can't find the tape volume!"
