Get information about tsm without logging in to tsm/db2

Hey there mates as in topic, is it even possible? like for example in netbackup you just need to go to server which is application server, and execute few commands and there you go all information given about environment. I know also that I can do such action inside TSM which is fine but not my goal..........

One thing that I was able to narrow down was dsmc -login -password -query/command_to_execute which is almost there but not precise because as I do need to still get login and password before...........

Can't get in without an ID and password. There's no way around it.
