full tapes in copy storage pool

I need to write a script that checks out full copy storage pool tapes (library used is a 3494) to the Convenience I/O Station plus sending a mail to the TSM admin so he knows he can take them out.

The problem is I'm a scripting newbie. Can anyone help?
