File does not exist (processing database .nsf)

Hi,
I am having a backup issue with a Domino server.
All notes databases backed up successfully, but all my backups start with a failure.

Server Version 6, Release 2, Level 5.0
TDP Domino Version 6, Release 3, Level 1.0



The scheduled command runs this:

Hey, yes, it turned out that it was an corrupt file named .nsf
First I thought there was no such file on the system....
