failed to open mailslot - LTO TSM

After adding a tape into mailslot of the LTO (to insert a tape into TSM), the following error occurred:

Libctrl task Error - HE: failed to open mailslot Return status: 0x80 - command failed Global error code: 0xA1 - HE: failed to open mailslot Robotic detailed info: 0x80, 128 Current command: 0x36 - unlock mailslots Task originator: 0x06 - OCP output Extender library specifier: 0x00 - master library

Despite the error,I can include tapes and take off tapes from LTO successfully. But every time that occurs the check on the library, occurs this error.

I already retry the operation and ensured that nothing is obstructing the opening of the mailslot.

Anyone know how to fix?

Try to reboot the library and if the problem persist, call for service.
