Hi Everyone,
I am trying to configure NAS backup in our environment. Currently the environment already has several client and data protectors of different platforms (Exchange, Oracle, Sql server etc).
All configurations were made according to the IBM documentation mentioned below, but at the time of NODE backup we received the error below and the backup does not occur.
The log files referenced in the error were not found on the server. (dsmserv.err and dsmffdc.log)
TSM server is a 8.1.6.1 (Windows 2012 R2) NAS is a Dell 7610
User is configured in NDMP on NAS
Once the connections were made and tested, the NAS responded to the connection normally.

Tests were performed with fileclass, ltoclass storage pools and as a last attempt we tested with disk.
