we have a script which mounts the vmware nodes with FULLVM and performs the backup to TSM afterwards from C:\mnt. This is done one node after the other for about 10 VMwares and after the successfull backup each VMware node is umounted again.
in the dsm.opt of the VCB proxy we have added EXCLUDE.DIR "C:\mnt" so that during the incremental (system-)backup of the VCB proxy the content within C:\mnt is not be expired. But exactly this is not the case.
The backup for both, the script that backups the vmware nodes and the system backup of the VCB proxy, runs with the same nodename. So after the system backup C:\mnt is expired and all data previosly backed up to C:\mnt are expired. Anyone knows a solution for this?
