Hello,
I hope I am posting in the right place.
I cannot get the granular restore to work in the spectrum protect plus for exchange 2019.
The MMC is loading and I can see all mailboxes but when I click on them after some time a password popup is coming up which does not take any passwords.
Password prompt comes from TDP for Exchange MAPI Backend Application Executable
I also tested with the tdpmapi tool which is giving the error MAPI_E_LOGON_FAILED
