Errors after change bad tapes

After I changed the new tapes on server, he started show these errors .

AIX error number 5 means: I/O error
AIX error number 11 means: Resource temporarily unavailable.

There are a couple of APARs fixed at 6.1.3 regarding those errors. If you are higher than 6.1.3, I'd suggest looking at the AIX errpt and opening a hardware call.
