Error when launching BA GUI Windows Sever 2008

Hello,
I have searched and searched and still can't find an answer to this issue. When I launch the BA GUI on a w2k8 server I get a dsmagent.exe app error. When I click OK on that I get a ANS5179E TSM is unable to continue error. The only log it writes to is the dsmj.log file with the following:

09/28/2011 16:12:05: ANS5179E TSM is unable to continue. Exiting program.IMBase (Constructor): Dsmagent exited with code: -1073741701

I can however launch the BA command line just fine.

Only IBM article I can fine on ANS5179E is this one and I checked the permissions and they are fine.

I upgraded TSM Client verison without restart computer. Then client didn't work after installation. in dsmj.log it's written like below:
IMBase (Constructor): the real exit code is: 612
ANS5179E TSM is unable to continue. Exiting program.

I fixed this problem with copying dscenu.txt file from setup folder's inside \Program Files\Tivoli\TSM\baclient directory to C:\Program Files\Tivoli\TSM\baclient, C:\Program Files\Tivoli\TSM\api and C:\Program Files\Common Files\Tivoli\TSM\api directories.
