hi iam getting below error during pre-requistite check while upgrading from 6.3.1 TO 6.3.5,
Error-total physical memory is -1mb,but in windows it showing 64gb,appreciate anyone could help on this.

You should open a ticket with IBM. Memory should not be reported as negative.

Try to reboot the server - hot reboot may suffice - and restart the upgrade.

I have seen weird things on Windoze.
