Error: ANR1217E BACKUP STGPOOL

Can you help me with this issue I have two TSMSERVER SITE MAIN AND EMERGENCY SITE, the main tsm library is shared with the emergency tsm and the emergency tsm library is compatible with the main tsm.

I am trying to make a Stg backup

ANR1217E Command: Process process ID stopped - insufficient number of mount points available for removable media.

Explanation
During backup processing, the server could not allocate sufficient mount points for the volumes required.
System action
The indicated backup process ends.
User response
If necessary, make more mount points available. To prevent sessions or processes from having to wait for a mount point, increase the value of the MOUNTLIMIT parameter in the device-class definition. Set the value of the MOUNTLIMIT parameter high enough to allow all server processes using deduplicated storage pools to open the number of volumes specified by the NUMOPENVOLSALLOWED option.

Ok, so the process was trying to use more tape drives than were available.

How many tape drives do you have?
Is CINTA a disk or tape pool?
Due to library sharing, were drives in use by other processes/sessions?

Each library has two drives,
The Stgpool is from Tape pool
There are no processes running
