End of Life support for TDP 716 (Exchange)

Hello,

can someone please let me know if IBM will still support a problem call with Exchange TDP 716 as i am being told to go and upgrade to something higher.

Version 7.1.x is still supported.

But you can still get asked to upgrade if the problem you are having is fixed at a newer release.

It could also be that the while the version you are using is supported, it's not supported with the version of the Windows or Exchange you are using.

So plenty of valid reasons to be asked to upgrade.
