EMC NetWorker Backup and Recovery steps.

Hello Experts.

I am a newbie to NetWorker.
I have been asked to take a network share backup to a VTL using EMC NetWorker.

I dont know anything about the ISV yet. Getting Familiar with the GUI.
Could anyone please guide me through the basic initial steps to take a backup like how to setup a client, policies, groups etc. (in sequence, if posb)

Networker version: 9.0.0.5
Environment : Windows 2008 R2
