Email DRM Plan files?

Hi all,

Any ideas on how to have a hard copy of the DRM plan printed out daily?

I have the plan backed up to INCR tape every night after it is copied from our Admin scripts to the server's local drive.

However, what if I wanted to email my DRM plan files everyday so our Offsite Tape Vendor could print out a hardcopy of the plan?

Any other suggestions?

I have creation of my volhist file as the last step in DR prep, and a script checks every 10 minutes for that file to appear, which it uses as the trigger to generate a report via email to operations of what tapes are to be sent out, what to be recalled, which outgoing tape is the database, and the plan,devconf,volhist files all as attachments to the mail. After the courier (Docuvault - now Iron Mountain) asked to receive the DRM query, I added an FTP job to that sequence.
If you're making do... it might be possible with powershell?

Hi Guys-

I am using Windows and needed a batch script.
Powershell or a VB script would be nice.

Ended up getting a batch script from a new friend and figuring it out using blat - cmd line MIME mailer for Windows.
