What is Evaulting and How can it be achieved?

I know it is the terminology , and there is no fixed method to achieve Evaulting.

Hi. You need second well TCP/IP connected TSM.
A quick overview
On target server define node of type server for source tsm.
define server "target" on source.
define device class type=server on source pointing to target.

And voila! You have sequential device class which can be used (TSM EE only) for copy pools and db backups. DRM should automatically recognize remote copy pool volume and will manage the status accordingly.
