During migration, what will I do if next storage pool is also full ?

- Review the actlog to see why the migration is failing.
Possible reason why migration is failing.
- Out of scratch tapes.
- If there are plenty of scratch tapes, check the max scratch parameter for the next pool.
If the parameter is set, increase the max scratch value.
