WEEKLYCOPY is your offsite pool, right?

At a glance, the tapes in it are greatly under-utilized. I think you can squeeze that entire offsite pool onto 3 or 4 tapes (if you're not using collocation).

Run reclamation on your offsite pool. Start out at 90, and work your way down.

UPD STGP WEEKLYCOPY RECL=90 RECLAIMPR=1

When that completes, try changing the value to 60.

You mentioned that you're already running reclaims. Is it possible that you have a bad tape in your onsite pool (WEEKLYPOOL) that is preventing the offsite volumes from being reclaimed?

Look for tapes that are 'Unavailable' in WEEKLYPOOL. After reclamation ends, check the Activity Log for tape errors.

what this command wil do ?change the "Pct Util: 6.9" to 90% ?.Or this will change the recliam threshold to 90% ?

FYI i have not bad tape in your onsite pool or Unavailable tape.
