Hey folks,
Just wondered how everyone keeps track of what ports have been allocated across their SAN?
We have a spreadsheet with all slots and ports listing the server cabled up. However its quite a crude spreadsheet and wondered how everyone else does it? The spreadsheet we use has all backbone, edge and directors. Its a way of seeing whats where if we lose the network to as we keep a copy on a pen drive.
Perhaps examples can be shared as i'm sure there's a better way.
