Dear All



while trying to configur tape drive for Tivoli stroage mangar for Aix 4.3.3 following error occures. Please help me to find out why this mismatch happens... We are using Atape drive 7.1.5.0 & Tivoli storage Manager 5.1.0 & aix 4.3.3

We also had this problem. This happens when a drive is not properly attached.

Check the cables. We finally solved the problem by replacing all SCSI cables.

Check the connectors for a faulty pin.
