DD OS upgrade

what is the procedure for backing out of failed DD OS Upgrade?

Generally upgrades from data domain are done by EMC team, we never did a backout of DD os upgrade, we have done 2 upgrades till now.

i figured out, when we start DD OS upgrade, Data domain stores its current image on a temp location and if upgrade fails, data domain by itself come up with previous image.
