DB2 partitioned server backup using TSM

Hello,
I am new to the DB2 partitioned environment and need to configure the backup using TSM.The database is spread across 5 physical AIX servers and each carries 6 DB2 logical partitions.
DB2 version is 9.1 and TSM version is 6.1.2.

Please help
