Hi
I have a customer who has a clustered db2 server running on a two node AIX cluster. Each node in the cluster has two processors. So the licensing for the filesystem backups is straight forward (4 LAN Licenses). However, my question is db2 comes with its' own tsm agent to backup. On these grounds do we need to pay for the licenses for db2 (theoretically they have already been paid for when db2 was purchased). I would just like to have this clarified if anybody knows definitively.
Many Thanks in advance!
