DB2 Backup with API fails, RC=-50

"db2 backup database ers online use tsm include logs without prompting" is the full backup command.
"db2 backup database ers online incremental use tsm include logs without prompting" is the incremental backup command.

These commands are called from a script that checks the day of the week to determine whether a full or incr should be run, su's up to the db2owner account to run the commands, and emails the output to a db2/aix admin group.

So you have a test box. Can you try backing up without the 'include logs' ?
Is there anything else apart the backup that your DB2 box runs at that time?
What is your back-end storage? Are the spindles dedicated to your DB2 LUNs?
