Database backup fails after upgrade to 7.1.9 (please help)

Dear members,

I upgraded our Server yesterday from 7.13 to 7.19 and the BA Client was upgraded to 7.18.
The backups ran successfully unfortunately the Database did not backup.
I tried to run a manual backup of the Database and it came up with errors below:

ANR0984I Process 135 for Database Backup started in the FOREGROUND at 08:32:53.
ANR4559I Backup DB is in progress.
ANR2280I Full database backup started as process 135.
ANR4626I Database backup will use 1 streams for processing with the number originally requested 1.
ANR4588E A database backup configuration might be incorrect.

I will appreciate any help please

Check tsmdbmgr.log for more info, it's in the instance directory.

Could be a gskit mistmatch. On the server, match the client version to be the same as the server.

Hi Marclant,

The Server is 7.1.9 and there is no BA Client at that level?
Sorry i am not an expert and i need help locating the tsmdbmgr.log as i have been trying to find it on the Server.
