Copy the backup set from TSM into external hard disk

    Hi guys,

    is it possible to put ( copy ) the backup set from TSM into external hard disk? how ?

    I'm clueless about TSM, any helps would be appreciated....

    Yes, it is possible.
    Generate your backupset on a FILE type device class. Then just copy the volume(s) generated to your external disk. It can be restored just using the BA client.
