console connect / management interface on TS3310

Hello!

I have a similar problem: I cannot get any access to TS3310. Front panel is not operable (screen is broken), and Web GUI is inaccessible. When trying connect to 10.10.10.1 via service ethernet port , I got error "Connection refused".
Ping 10.10.10.1 - OK, no errors.
Telnet 10.10.10.1 80 - connection refused.

How can I recover Web access to the library? May be, using service serial port? IBM guide (Maintenance Information for IBM Service Personnel GA32-0478-14) does not contain any info about serial port.

I'd suggest to reboot the library and retry.

If that doesn't work, you will need to get the screen replaced to either enable or troubleshoot the web console.

Unfortunately, reboot does not help. Well, there is the last (and very costly) way - to replace screen :(
