collect number of objects

I'm asked to collect:
Total number of objects and total amount of space occupied by the objects per TSM instance.

Not sure where to begin. I'm looking through admin reference find: objects to see if any info would relates to this question but not sure. I'm guessing I have to Query for something. Query OCC * *?

That's for backup objects and size by filespace for a single node. There's other queries on Thobias for archive objects.

Thanks guys, just what I needed. Anyone else in TSM/ISP field that requires much sql knowledge as where I'm in?

Having some knowledge of SQL is handy. I'm by no means anything above a novice when it comes to it. Knowing a little bit of the syntax and what sort of tables are in TSM helps. Some things I still get stuck on which I will go ask our DBA's as to what I'm getting wrong. It's a learning opportunity!
