Changing TIP/ISC Heap Size on Windows

Hi,
This supportUtil.bat fails to load. I would like to review and maybe change the heap size.
"C:\IBM\AC\products\tsm\bin>supportUtil.bat
The system cannot find the path specified."

FYI: As a workaround.
I ran C:\IBM\AC\profiles\TIPProfile\bin\setupCmdLine.bat
and explicitly added the direct path to where java was loading.

supportUtil.bat then ran as it should.
