Hi, I'm trying to figure out how to turn on specifically one
client message and make it report to the activity log.
The client message in question is ANS1030E
"system out of memory." I tried doing in dsmadmc:
enable event actlog ANS1030E nodename=mynode
It complained that message is not in valid range, so I looked
at the man page and it states the valid ranges are all ANR
messages, and client ANE messages up to 4999. No ANS...
Anyone know why ANS messages not included, or have
another idea to be better alerted when client runs out
of memory due to millions of small files or deep directory
paths on 32-bit machines?
