Can't Install TSM Reportin 7.1.3 in Win2K12R2

I'm trying to install TSM Reporting 7.1.3 in Windows 2012R2. I do have TSM VE installed on this machine doing active VMware backups and that is working fine.

The TSM RPT installation keeps failing with a bunch of stuff that looks like either java or db2 errors but I'm not exactly sure. The log file is attached. I am installing into a new shared instance directory since there is already a shared instance directory used by TSM VE.

I don't have the option of installing TSM RPT on a dedicated Windows host. If that ends up being the requirement then the only other thing I could do would be install TSM RPT in a RHEL7 VM.

2012R2 is not listed as supported:

Since you have VMWare, could you create a Windows 2012 VM for this?

Righto... Yeah, I can run up a VM, just requires a new license for Windows; that was my only reservation.

So I did bring up a Win2K8 box and TSMRPT installed just fine. It's way more than what I need - I see a lot of BigFix in there. I'll stick with TSMOC running on my Win2K12R2 server, thanks!!!
