Our customer is using TSM & HSM which is p690.

This system has been frequently down so they would like to change to other

system that is HACMP cluster.

When they change the system, we need to configure the TSM and HSM. As you

can see the attached file, we would like to know

whether it can be configured or not properly. As per the attached file,

there are two alternatives regarding Server configuration.

In order to confiure and restructure the system, could you please advise us

what we need to do? (such as tsm, hsm version, file syste, type, os

version....)

To sum up, the below is the system(p690) we are running.

1. TSM SVR Version : 5.1.5.0

2. TSM Client Version : 5.1.5.0

3. HSM Version : 5.1.5.0

4. OS : AIX 5.1 ML07

We want the current system to change two different system under HACMP

environment.

And also we try to seperate the current file system(HSM file system) into

two different system.

For more details, please see the attached file.

At this stage, we are considering HSM.

I wonder if we can collect all the data correctly after we seperate HSM

file system to two different system.

I did some research regarding TSM but I would like to confirm with you

about this.

It will be greate if you can provide us a better way or other alternatives

to transfer the system.

Please feel free to contact me +81 11 9094 4795 if you have any queries on

this.

Thank you.
