I don't follow your question.
Are you asking FULL TSM DB backups between two different dates like now is Wednesday and tomorrow, Thursday?
If course you backup as often as you like. You can backup every 6, 12 or 24 hours if you like. Use enhanced scheduling of type=admin.

I want to backup between different dates, example:
10/12/2012 to 10/31/2012 days

Not possible to backup within a date range. You could, however, backup on 10/12/2012, skip the next few days, and run backup on 10/31/2012.

I need to make full backup of a folder but can not back up the current day, is to make a schedule?
If I understand your question correctly, you would need to restore the folder/data from the specific dates (assuming it was already backed up and can be restored) and then back it up again... Not sure what you're looking to achieve with this though.
