backup exchange 2010 with nas and tsm? help

hi guys

i want to implement the backup of exchange 2010 using tsm 6.3.

while the exchange' data in the ibm n6040 using cifs. and the exchange has large amount of data . i want to use ndmp. but how can the tdp for exchange work with the ndmp?

i had read the ibm'doc about ndmp and tdp for exchange, but has no idea

any one some suggestions？
