Backup Domino Completed but status "Failed 1"

Hi guys,

I got the problem with TSM, backup schedule Domino completed when I command "q act":

but the status backup is "Failed 1":

I try to figured out checking on dsmerror.log:
11/09/2012 00:21:24 ANS1909E The scheduled command failed.
11/09/2012 00:21:24 ANS1512E Scheduled event 'DOMINO_BACKUP' failed. Return code = 1.

Before that the first problem occur on tsm server version is v5.5.0 and tsm client version is v5.5.0 then tsm server upgrade to v5.5.6, but have the same problem.
can I get a clue whats the problem??

Thanks, My Problem has been solved..

What I do is uninstal tsm client scheduler service on client TSM then run setup wizard TSM Client Scheduler again with TSM Client Acceptor.
