Thanks a lot for your feedback, but that article didn't really help me this time.
I've found another one that I liked more (https://www.ibm.com/support/knowled...om.ibm.db2.luw.admin.ha.doc/doc/c0020882.html) and based on this document I did my own tests using a single target proxy node for a two node Db2 HADR cluster and with asnode parameter in the dsm.sys files.
I made several takeovers, test backups and test restores and everything worked like a charm...
I've only experienced one interesting thing, which is mentioned a little bit in the above mentioned document: when you make a takeover on the HADR cluster a double transaction log is created on the Spectrum Protect / TSM side. This is a weird behaviour I think, but the document says it's ok, and did not cause any noticeable problems during my test restorations...
My final conclusion is that it is very usable and this is how I think it should be configured.
Any comment?
